We saw Dr Gada with our 8 year old son and he was brilliant. He engaged with my son putting him at ease and making all the assessments fun. Dr Gada was extremely patient and kind to my son and we were not rushed through our appointment.
He had thoroughly read all our information prior to the appointment and took extra time to go through his final diagnosis. Most importantly a management plan followed via email a few days later which has been invaluable for school and home life. I would highly recommend Dr Gada, as would my son who asked on leaving the appointment “if we could come back again?”

I cannot thank Dr Gada enough for his help with my 4 year old son. The appointment itself was very professional but also personable. Dr Gada instantly made me feel comfortable at such a worrying time. He was amazing with my son and so friendly. It was very clear from early on that Dr Gada has a substantial amount of knowledge in his field (both NHS and independent). He provided me with clear diagnoses' as well as a support plan within the appointment. I did not feel at all rushed or anything like that.
I received the detailed report and management plan within a few days which is comprehensive, yet concise and extremely helpful. It has provided me with exactly what i felt i needed as a mum to get the support my son needs. The article regarding what to do after the assessment has been very useful, as well as the break down of the management plan. It is making an overwhelming time feel manageable.
I will be forever grateful to Dr Gada and highly recommend!

Dr Gada was absolutely fantastic with our 6 year old daughter. He made her and us feel totally at ease. His examination was very thorough and he explained everything in full at the end of the assessment. He was fully prepared with all of our information we had previously submitted making my daughter feel very comfortable talking about things he could engage her with. The report came though very quickly and we were very impressed with the lengthy and comprehensive extend. We would highly recommend Dr Gada and would not hesitate to return for any other needs.

Sri is a seasoned Consultant in Paediatric Neurodisability, with over 20 years of experience. He is a specialist in assessment of: ASD, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Intellectual disability, Developmental delay, SEN and Motor Impairments.
Now, practising in an Independent Neurodisability Practice at Oxford Centre for Neurodevelopment and at Manor Hospital in Oxford. He also undertakes Medico-legal work. Previously, he has worked as a Consultant Neurodisability Paediatrician at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, for over 13 years.
Sri has worn many hats over the past 2 amazing decades. He has served as a Educational Supervisor (13y), Clinical Supervisor (14y), Consultant Appraiser (12y+), Clinical Governance Lead (10y), Child Development Team Lead (13y+), Down Syndrome Service Lead (6y+).
Some of his key achievements:
- He has delivered care to over 20,000 children with complex needs, working closely with members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Sri has supervised dozens of doctors. Over a dozen of whom are now working in NHS as consultants.
- He edited, the ‘Oxford Handbook of Community Paediatrics’, published by Oxford University Press. This book is sold worldwide. This has been the foremost book in his field of practice since 2012.
- As a Course Director, he conducted annual 5-day child development courses at Wolfson College Oxford. He has trained paediatricians from over 20 countries.
- University of Oxford awarded him with a ‘Hon Senior Clinical Lecturer’ in 2007.
- Sri started various clinical services in Oxford e.g. Transition Clinic, Joint-CAMHS clinic, Dyslexia Screening. Presented my work at International Conferences.
- His work covered on BBC Radio, TV and local papers.
- Sri was awarded 3 Clinical Excellence Awards by Oxford University Hospitals.
Sri loves running. He has fundraised over £10,000 for charities by running half/full marathons over the past decade.
To him, there is nothing greater than assessing children with special needs, diagnosing their disability, empowering and enabling them with a treatment plan. He believes that this a fantastic process and he feels blessed to participate in.
